Linking
Establishing standard hypertext links to our website is a welcome extension of internet marketing effort, and we invite all automotive, fleet and insurance associated individuals and companies to support links to our website. We require no formal notice that you've linked to our site, although we do appreciate standard notifications be sent to webmaster@diamondglassco.com when you've done so. This will allow us to notify you in the event that the URL for a site changes, or if we remove content from our site.

Note however that the current practice known as "framing" where a link is established in such a way as to display our content in some form other than it is displayed in full view by our server, or otherwise displaying our content only partially, or without our copyright notice, is definitely uninvited and unwelcome. Note that we are very willing participants in internet culture and cooperative marketing, we provide all of our content to the internet community free of charge, but we do take copyright very seriously.

Privacy Policy
The privacy of our customers has always been of utmost importance to us at Diamond Glass. We currently contract with several online partners to help manage and optimize our Internet business and communications. We use the services of a marketing company to help us measure the effectiveness of our advertising and how visitors use our site. To do this, we use Web beacons and cookies provided by our marketing company on this site. Warranty Disclaimer
Diamond Glass (which includes any subsidiaries) warrants the automotive glass installed to be free from defects in material and workmanship upon delivery, subject to the terms herein. Any problems caused by installation error, such as wind and water leaks, loose moldings and some types of stress cracks, will, at the option of Diamond Glass be repaired or replaced at no cost to Customer. This warranty is valid for as long as the vehicle is owned by the owner at the time of initial installation by Diamond Glass. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: leakage or stress cracks caused by pre-existing rust, structural damage or other damage caused by vandalism or impact with foreign objects. In the event Customer requests repair of rock chip or other damage caused by impact with foreign objects or by vandalism, Customer agrees that Diamond Glass shall not be responsible for breakage that occurs in attempting such repairs.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF A WINDSHIELD AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. This exclusive remedy will not be deemed to have failed of its essential purpose so long as Diamond Glass is willing and able to repair or replace the automotive glass installed. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR USE. Diamond Glass makes no other warranties of any kind and any repair or attempt to repair the automotive glass installed by anyone other than Diamond Glass automatically voids this warranty. Any oral or written statement concerning the automotive glass installed inconsistent with this warranty shall be of no force or effect.
